Product Description
Manufacturer packaging that comes out of the box can be used with the Thompson Duke Industrial IZR filling machine for industry. The IZR includes an expanded fill table size for tray arrays of up to 252 carts, a sizable 500ml reservoir, and other upgrades enhance large-scale cartridge filling and capping processes.
Directly into the manufacturer's container, automatically fill 252 cartridges, pods, capsules, syringes, and jars. During operation, refill the sizable 500ml hot glass oil reservoir. The knob-based dispense volume provides adjustment measure that can set the big 1.420-gram dispensing capacity. With specially built trays available for non-standard devices, you may quickly construct tray arrays for new devices that are released into the market.
The innovative oil distribution mechanism is fed by a new 500ml glass reservoir and heater that properly controls oil temperature in degrees Fahrenheit or Celsius. With exceptional accuracy, precision, and reproducibility, fill high-viscosity oils. For oils with lower viscosity, adjust the dispensing force and speed.
To swap oil formulas, replace the components of the dispensing system with food-safe, laboratory-grade replacements in less than a minute. Height adjustments are smooth and accurate thanks to a new gantry and double-bearing size.
The user-friendly seven-inch color touch screen offers and easily control the filling process. Updated with the option to change table speed to boost throughput and a new and better serpentine filling pattern. On-the-fly temperature and filling speed adjustments. Keep track of operational factors, such as the status of the cartridge tray's fill, real-time diagnostics, and alerts with a full alarm history.
