Dab Applicator Syringes

Explore More About Dab Applicator Syringes

Dab applicator syringes are fast becoming an essential product for concentrate packaging. The product is a small syringe like the ones in hospitals, but instead of being used for injections, they are used for applying the concentrate onto the dab rig or pen. A dab syringe is great for holding concentrate oil and applying it when necessary.

Why Are Concentrate Syringes So Popular?

Concentrate dabs are one of the trending uses of herb products in the market now and it is spiking consumers' interest in syringes for storing and applying herb oils. These are some of the advantages of using syringes for concentrate oils.

  • Precise Measurements

Every drop of herb oil is incredibly potent, so it needs to be appropriately measured every time it is used. Since every drop matters, precise syringe applicators help prevent wastage. Transparent syringes have markings on the side of the container to help users measure how much is left after every use.

  • Convenience

Syringes were made for applying precise amounts of liquefied substances to a small area. Once the syringe is loaded with the concentrate oil, applying it to the rig or pen is easier than using most other tools.

  • Hygiene

The syringe drops a measured amount of the oil onto the rig directly. This reduces the chance of external contamination compared to when you use a spoon. The oils are safely stored in the locked syringe till they are ready to be dispensed for use.

  • Application

Syringes can efficiently apply concentrates for various purposes. People use them for edibles, loading vaporizer cartridges, and dab rigs.

Boost Your Marketing With Custom Concentrate Packaging

Make your extracts’ containers stand out with custom branded concentrate packaging. Concentrates are one of the trending hemp products presently, and many businesses are jumping on the train. You can make your products distinct from the competition by using an attractive packaging cover designed to draw buyers' attention.

Every form of concentrate packaging can be customized, even where the product has been fitted into syringes or cartridges. In fact, customization is not just something to consider; it is a compulsory requirement in most states. The laws require that all hemp products have certain information about the product pasted boldly on the package for buyers and potential buyers to assess.

We have a team of expert designers with industry experience who can create eye-catching designs that meet all the necessary legal requirements. However, if you have your own design that you are confident in, you can still get it plastered on concentrate packaging materials in bulk here.

Concluding Thoughts on Using Concentrate Syringes

Concentrates are a very delicate form of processed hemp, so they must be handled carefully. You will give your customers a smooth experience if you package your extracts in syringes that can store the product safely and let them apply precise doses of it neatly when they want to.

Dab Syringes FAQ

Dab Syringes FAQ

How to Transfer Oil Between Carts Without Syringe

Dab syringes make transferring oil between carts super easy. But, if you don’t have any/don’t want to buy any, there is a simple way to transfer oil from one cart to another. Heat a bowl of water in the microwave for ~ 2 minutes. Place your vape cart in a sealed sandwich baggie and submerge it in the warm water for a few minutes. This should soften the concentrate within the cartridge so that you can pour/scrape it out into another cartridge. Tip: Do this on top of a non-stick dab mat or wax paper in case of spillage.

How to Open a Distillate Syringe

Plunger syringes (most of our distillate syringes are plunger syringes) are easy to open and fill. Simply pull the plunger out of the syringe - it should pop right out, leaving a wide opening that you can fill with your liquid concentrate of choice. Some tip caps are pull off, while others are twist off. Both should be relatively easy to open. The Luer Lock Syringes are designed to secure the tips in place, but can be easily detached and discarded when it’s time to switch them out.

Can You Dab Distillate From a Syringe?

Yes! Use the dab applicator syringe to squeeze a dab of concentrate onto your dab tool and then use the tool to apply the concentrate to your banger/nail. Or, with a metal tip attachment, you can apply your concentrate dabs directly to the banger/nail with the syringe.

How to Fill Distillate Syringes

Open the widest end of the syringe - most of the time, a plunger syringe’s plunger will pull all the way out, leaving a wide opening. Sometimes, the plunger doesn’t pull out and the tip needs to be opened. Tip caps are typically easy pull or twist off caps. Once the syringe is open, use another dab syringe or a teeny tiny funnel to fill the empty dab syringe with concentrate. Tip: Stop filling and tap the syringe gently on a table or with your nail every once in a while to help reduce air bubbles in the dab syringe.

How to Use a Concentrate Syringe

Concentrate syringes are super easy to use! First, attach a tip to your syringe if it doesn’t have one already. Most tips, including Luer Lock tips, are screw on. Once your tip is in place, slowly press the plunger (or twist in the case of our DymaPak Twistspenser syringes) to release a drop of concentrate. You can either drop it onto a dab tool for application to your banger/nail or, with a metal tip, apply the dabs directly to your banger/nail.
