Shipping Policy
Gamut Packaging ships to any location worldwide. We utilize a variety of carriers such as USPS, UPS, and various freight carriers. Customers’ orders typically take between one to six business days in transit, depending on the shipping address and the shipping method selected at checkout. International orders may take longer than six business days, depending on the destination country.
Customers can change their shipping address after placing an order, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Please note that this change is subject to a modification fee. For detailed information on our shipping and return policies, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Shipping Cut-Off Time:
- While most orders placed before 2:30 PM PST meet the cut-off for expedited shipping, our official cut-off time for expedited shipping on web orders is 1:30 PM PST. Additionally, orders are only shipped on business days. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact customer service.
- Even if orders are placed before 1:30 PM PST and handed off to our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, etc.), we cannot guarantee expedited shipping due to possible unforeseen circumstances (explained in sections below).
Will Call Orders:
- After successfully placing a will call order, please allow at least one (1) hour for our warehouse associates to prepare your order. You will receive an email confirming that the order is ready for pickup.
- You will have three (3) business days to pick up your order—you do not have to pick it up on the same day.
- When you pick up your order, you will receive a pickup confirmation email.
- If you do not pick up your order within those three (3) business days, we will notify you via email that your order is being returned to inventory.
- If you receive the pickup confirmation email but have not yet picked up your order, please reach out to us immediately.
- Orders placed after 3:30 PM PST will be available for pickup the following business day.
When a Will Call Order Item Is Out of Stock:
If you place a will call order and one or more items are out of stock, our customer service team will contact you as soon as our shipping team identifies the issue—likely on the same day you place your order.
- Customer service will attempt to contact you twice and will leave a voicemail if there is no answer on the second call.
- If you do not respond within 15 minutes, you will be refunded for the out-of-stock items only.
- Customer service will then instruct shipping to proceed with fulfilling the rest of your order.
You will have five (5) days to retrieve your will call order from our facility—please bring your order confirmation with you. If you do not retrieve your order within that time, it will be returned to our inventory, and you will be notified via email and/or text. Upon retrieval, we will send you a confirmation email and/or text.
Shipping Delays Due to External Factors
Please be aware that if you choose expedited shipping options such as Next Day Air (NDA), 2nd Day, or 3rd Day, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays. These can include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, significant political events (e.g., presidential campaigns), or technological outages affecting our shipping partners like UPS or USPS. In such cases, neither our shipping partners nor GamutPackaging.com will issue refunds for the delayed delivery or the shipping charges incurred. Additionally, if a delivery attempt is made when the customer is not present, leading to a reschedule for the following day, we are not liable to refund the shipping charges. We strive to ensure timely delivery and appreciate your understanding that some situations are beyond our control.
