14-Day Return Policy

Reporting Issues
Customers must notify us within 14 calendar days from the delivery date regarding any of the following:
- Damaged items, missing packages/products, or return requests.
- A buyer-initiated return (e.g., buyer’s remorse) is subject to a $15 return label fee per shipment.
- If an order is rejected, an $18 UPS return label fee per shipment applies.
- No fees will be charged for orders not at fault.
- Custom orders and used products are final sale and non-returnable.
- Customers must ensure returned items are securely packed and shipped via a traceable ground service to our facility.

Product Condition & Return Process
- Items must be in resalable condition, in their original packaging with all parts, accessories, and the UPC code visible.
- Shipping fees will be refunded only if the error is on our end (mis-shipment or defective items).
- Please include the Return Authorization Number on both the outside of the package and a copy of the original packing slip inside the box.
- All returns will be thoroughly inspected and must be complete.
- Any complimentary items received must be returned to obtain credit.
- If items are purchased in case quantities but only partially returned, the refund will be calculated using the next applicable price level.
- Customers are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for any delivery discrepancies or damages incurred during transit.
- Clearance sale items are final sale and are non-returnable.
- Refunds will be applied to the original credit card within 14 calendar days after processing your return.
Shortage, Discrepancy, or Damaged Shipments
- All shipments are fully insured. It is essential to inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. While external packaging may appear intact, please unpack and examine all items before signing.
- If you discover any damage upon inspection, please contact us immediately at customerservice@gamutpackaging.com.
- Any shortage, discrepancy, or damage claims must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Shipping and Delivery Delays
For expedited shipping methods (e.g., Next Day Air, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day), external factors (natural disasters, political events, or technical outages) may cause delays. Neither our shipping partners nor GamutPackaging.com will offer refunds for delayed shipments or shipping charges. Additionally, if a delivery attempt fails due to the customer’s absence and must be rescheduled, the shipping charges remain non-refundable.
Defective Merchandise
- Customers have 14 calendar days to report any defective merchandise or components. If you receive a defective product (not due to shipping damage), please contact Customer Service at customerservice@gamutpackaging.com with your order number and purchase date for verification.
Return Request Guidelines
- Return Window: Once a return is initiated, items must be sent back within 14 calendar days.
- Failure to return items within this period will result in a charge to the card on file.
- Buyer-initiated returns (due to change of mind or price differences) may incur a restocking fee.
- Returns received in incomplete or altered condition will be subject to restocking and shipping fees.
- Refused deliveries due to visible shipping damage are subject to a restocking fee.
- If the returned item arrives damaged or materially different from what was shipped, a restocking fee will be applied.
- If the item received is different from what was ordered, no restocking fee will be applied.
For orders returned to our fulfillment center, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@gamutpackaging.com between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM PST, Monday through Friday, for order status updates.
Once a return request is submitted, you will receive a response by email within 48 hours.
Restock Fees & Drop Shipment Policies
Non drop-shipped items returned within the 14-day window are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Please note that drop-shipped products from third-party vendors may incur restock fees of up to 30% if the returned item does not meet required conditions.
- Restock fees on drop-shipped items can be as high as 30% of the purchase price.
- Chubby Gorilla products are subject to a 30% restock fee regardless of condition upon return.
- These fees are subject to change; any updates to these terms will be communicated accordingly.
