Description
Highly Versatile
Efficiently fill a wide variety of cartridges, PODs, capsules, syringes, and jars. The system includes a 500mL heated glass oil reservoir, which can be refilled during operation. Dispense volumes can be adjusted up to 1.420 mL with precise control. Optional accessories are available for dispensing volumes from 0.05 mL to 5.0 mL, and custom adapters can be provided for septum-pierced devices.
Compatible with High and Low Viscosity Oils
The dual automatic digital temperature control and heated dispense system ensures accurate regulation of oil viscosity throughout the filling process. Achieve extreme precision and consistency when filling high viscosity oils, while adjusting speed and force as needed for lower viscosity oils.
Fast Oil Changes and Easy Cleaning
The system is designed for quick oil formula changes, with food-safe, lab-grade dispense components that can be swapped out in under a minute. The components can be cleaned quickly with minimal product loss. Two full sets of dispense components are included for convenience.
