Not only is it child resistant, but it also fulfills the Consumer Product Safety Commisions (CPSC) standards for Poison Prevention Packaging as set forth in CFR Title 16, Part 1700.20. The Senior Adult Use Effectiveness (SAUE) was also calculated at 100%, exceeding the CFR Title 16, Part 1700.20 minimum requirements.
