Cartridge Vaporizers

Getting the Best From Your Vaporizer Cartridges

One of the current trends in the hemp industry is that many buyers are focusing on cartridge vaporizers over other products. In response to this, businesses are trying to supply this increasing need for vapor products. As a business owner in this tight market, you can give your products a fighting chance by using carts with outstanding quality and attractive builds.

A cartridge vaporizer is that part of an herb pen that holds the concentrate extract and heats it to create the vapor that the user inhales. These are the key components of a quality cart:

  • Casing materials: We have carts made with either glass or plastic. Both options have their own  unique advantages, but they are both effective for creating concentrate vapor.
  • Mouthpiece: This is where the user inhales the vapor. You can get a mouthpiece separate from the cart.
  • Heating Element:  Here, the cart uses a coil or an atomizer to heat the oil and create the pen’s vapor. This part is more or less the engine of the cartridge because it does all the work.
  • Tank: This is where the oil is stored until it is used up. The size of the cart will determine the size of your tank. The common sizes are 1mL or 0.5ml refillable cartridges.

The cartridges need to be powered by a battery to heat up the oil. Once the cart is plugged into a compatible battery and loaded with concentrate oils, it will be ready for use as a herb pen. Some batteries have a button for users to press to create vapor. There are also automatic carts that are triggered by inhaling with the mouthpiece to start the heating process.

RAE claims to use advanced technological systems to create smooth vapor that none of the other top brands can beat. Its ceramic core is the trick that makes the signature smooth and consistent vapor that RAE carts are known for.

Even when you choose to get RAE carts, you still have a variety of options to choose from because the brand is dedicated to creating as many convenient cartridges for users as it can. With over 2300 patents in technology relating to vaporizers, whenever there is something new in the industry, we know the RAE products will have it.

Customize Your Vaporizer Cartridges for Brand Exposure

If you are confident in the quality of your concentrates, then prove it to consumers by branding your custom vaporizer cartridges. Customizing your products shows that you want them to be associated with your brand, so buyers are more likely to trust them over generic containers. Moreover, brand exposure is key to growing your business into a successful enterprise.

Even when you’re thinking short-term, getting your carts and their packaging customized is good for sales. If your product is attractive enough, uninformed buyers will pick it over generic or unattractive products. You can also turn one-time buyers into regular customers with a unique custom design that they can use to identify the product for subsequent purchases.

You can go with a simple logo on the cartridge or a full design on its secondary packaging. If you are selling the product in a region where there are labeling requirements for herb packaging, you have to use a full design on the secondary packaging. Asides from your brand’s information, you can add other specific details that the law requires about the product here.

Vaporizer Cartridges FAQ

How Much Is A Cart?

Empty carts typically cost anywhere between $1 and $10 depending on the brand and materials. Filled dab carts can cost anywhere between $20 for a lower end, half-gram cart, and $100 for a higher-end, full gram cart. Those prices can of course vary, but a pretty standard cost for a full gram, a decent quality cart is around $60 to $80.

How Long Do Carts Last?

It all depends on how much you puff them! If you puff throughout the day, the cart will run out much faster. But if you save it for little moments where you need some peace of mind or other beneficial effects in a pinch, a full gram dab cart can last you weeks.

How To Unclog A Cart

There are a few things you can try. First, start simple by rubbing it between your hands - the heat may help loosen clogged oil or wax. Next, try a hair dryer on the lowest setting to heat the cart. If that still doesn’t work, you can try placing the cartridge inside of a sealed waterproof zip lock and running it under hot water, which should definitely loosen clogs.

Are Dispensary Carts Safe?

As long as you are buying from a legal dispensary that carries legal, third-party lab-tested dab carts, they should absolutely be safe to smoke. Always be cautious when purchasing from questionably legal shops or even friends and acquaintances as those carts may not be tested and may be unsafe.
