The ideal way to heat seal your bags for large scale operations is with a continuous horizontal band sealer machine which can seal 30 bags in under a minute! Alternatively, an impulse heat sealer machine can be used to manually seal as well! Check out all of our available heat sealers.

We have some of the lowest MOQs in the industry, being as low as 5000 units an order. Depending on the type of custom pouch bags you decide to go with, as well as any additional customizations, MOQs can vary to possibly more for higher tier add ons.
What file format should I send my artwork in?
Acceptable file format is a layered AI file (Adobe Illustrator file preferred) or a layered, editable PDF, using the template as one of the layers. CMYK color mode. No flattened images will be accepted as ready to proof. Examples of flattened images are .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, flattened PDF, flattened PSD, non-layered AI).
Can I get a sample before I place larger order?
Of course, samples are available to order straight to your doorstep so you can be 100% confident before commiting to larger orders.
